heyy everyone, I have read somewhere that excessive pinging will result in the banning of websites. Pingomatic is being used by lot of people for pinging their links. Pingomatic in turn will be pinging all the services. My doubt is whether pingomatic uses proxies to ping all the services...

It is with the theme IMSC Heatmap lite or something installed on your website....change the theme and the error will go away...if u want to keep the theme..let me know and I will try to find out a solution
