lets say i want to send email traffic to a site that has an iframe of an email or zip submit. what referrer will the AM see?

in general is it safer to blank the referrer or fake it?

a few months ago i setup a phpbb forum and forgot all about it. well to my surprise, these are the current stats Total posts 72442 | Total topics 65620 | Total members 8511 all are junk posts from bots, but my question is, is there anything interesting/useful I can do with all this data?
