I think the Blog Page was banned from Google Search engine due to one of these factors: black SEO, send the page to be indexed in free directories via web (some of them damage the ranking), someone reported the page to Google (jokes etc, content) and Google banned it...

You may try more affiliate programs out there (pay per performance programs), the Cj platform is one of them, Shareasale also. You may look up there for more programs and categories. My experience with both of them is OK. :)

You may try to contact some major dating websites and ask them about what you may promote as Affiliate OR use any of the existing market networks like: dating affiliate, the dating network, cupidplc etc But first read the conditions carefully not be considered as SPAM! Good luck!

From my point of view PPD and CPA is the same, CPA may include PPD also. My advice is to promote products related to your main domain of activity(website), write interesting posts with recommendations and include text links to affiliate programs, or simple as put banners on your website...
