interactions on the project means to swap the tokens from wallet#1 to wallet#2 to wallet#n ? basically keep rotating the token balance among the various wallets? Why do we need to generate interactions? Is it to increase the chance of receiving the airdrop?

Thanks for sharing this awesome stuffs. I'm new and have some question. Why does this have to be done every day? I thought its just a one time thing to stake/restake and wait for airdrop? How do we choose an airdrop that is worth the investment/time?
