Wow, it's going to be really tough with a full-length movie. You can edit some of the scenes with music, and re-cut some of the scenes, but there is still going to be quite a lot for YT to be able to fingerprint.
iOS is definitely tougher/pricier than Android, but I've gotten good results from a variety of services.
As for their methods - I don't know, and I don't think they'd tell me if I asked.
Classic case of having to sift through a vast amount of junk inventory. Unless you have some real inside knowledge on something, it's going to be tough to find that diamond in the rough.

Purchased retweets are tough because the kind of accounts selling retweets are typically the kind of accounts that have a less organic and more bot populated followers list.
CTR is incredibly contextual to the ad and placement, and not necessarily a great indicator of business results. .2% isn't the worst, and really just means there's room to optimize.
