Yeah ive seen those settings before. Those are more for aged accounts. Fresh accounts apparently have much stricter limits. But I cannot find anywhere what these limits are like.

What are safe settings for fresh Twitter accounts in followliker ? And what are daily and hourly limits for fresh accounts on Twitter ? (also I am looking to purchase 25-30 (preferably aged) Twitter accounts. If someone could sell me some or recomend a seller I would be appreciative) :)
