Hi Mate, I have just went through this list and it's pure rubbish. I don't care about spammed to death websites, that's ok for me at this time because it was meant for some testing anyway. But 80% of targets I have checked is dead (expired sites etc.) making this list useless to me or anyone...

Hey, but when proxy get dead on one port, it can still be usable on an other port right. So, you said earlier that "ip blocks" are slowly dying. Do you mean actual IPs are no longer usable, or just some ports on that servers? Still some proxies on some ports can be very usable even if not Google...
