If you do it for money, then no. RPM takes 40%, gives you 60%. In my mind that is way too much... If you do gaming, I strongly recommend Curse.

Yes, you can. You talk over it so only pictures that are copyrighted. However, they are used "for a purpose of a review", meaning it is fair use. You can easily monetize that video.

I have a couple of YT accounts and thought I would try to upload the same videos to dailymotion. I applied for the official user programme (said I would from them within 3 working days), still no answer (been around 2 weeks).... What should I do? Is this normal?

I am partner of Curse and Foreladigital, both of them are good, but Curse pays higher percentage. Each network has its pros and cons. You have to take into consideration their requirements (if you can fulfill them), what industry they represent, the community, the support, the payments etc etc...
