    rotating proxies - searching of the best

    Hi, I need backconnect rotating proxies – 500 IP’s with 5000 simultaneous TCP connections (10 connections on each proxy IP). IP should change every 1-3 minutes. minimum required bandwidth - 2 Mbps on each proxy server IP. Please give me your advice or recommend smth for this request. thank you!
