lately FB is so naggy about everything, so it's very likely that you could get banned just for using free disposable mail. IMHO you should do what most real people do - use their gmail or yahoo accounts (which you'll have to farm as well).

sorry to break the bad news but 99% that this acc will be never reinstated. If you contact them they will just send you a cookie cutter email saying that you breached their policy, that it will stay deactivated and the decision is final.

If you made your changes, you have to be patient and wait for the penguin refresh. Only then you will find out if your changes took effect or not I have 350 of pages affected by penguin, and 250 unaffected. Personally I can't find any difference between them cause they are exactly the same...
