I don't think so. I choose a generic niche then I gave myself a month for creating videos. I ended up having like 200 videos. Then started to upload them twice a week then later on once a week with some help from 1 SMM panel I managed to get the 4000 watch hours and I applied for monetization...

Is this still up ?
