No offence, but Google's last update was aimed at websites just like that, thin content with multiple ads. The site doesn't really offer much value. But it doesn't matter, it's good that you are trying things. Even if it fails, at-least you did more than 90% readers on this forum

Sounds like art is your passion so go for it! you won't get bored because it's your hobby either. If it doesn't work, so what? at-least you will know and learn from the experience.
