don't call me a noob because I have less posts here (but I will admit that I'm noob in black hats). Maybe you got lucky becoz nobody complained against you for using shared images. I found many people complaining for being banned from adsense without any so called reason.

If you have made money from that site through adsense, I have a feeling that adsense would not pay for some thing fake. Those pictures are fake and possibly not owned by you as well. so I don't see adsense authority paying you for that.

Absolutely, that is actually more preferred. I always use debit card for my online expenses.
