Dunno why people keep referring to a 1000 scrapped likes limit I've made a custom bot that'll scrap up to 2400 likes per posts into a CSV. Very useful for identifying active followers on your account or other source accounts for F/U. Feel free to ping me

How many likes on said comment would you need to make it to the top?

You could repost always mentioning them and wait to see if you have people asking to take the post down. With a nice caption if you dry some account to theirs, you shouldn't go into too much trouble from original owners.

@Lorenzob : I have a bot that scraps all posts of a given hashtags and another that can like and comment whatever you desire on a given post. Use these two (first one feeding input of second one) and you have what you need? What do you wish to test with it?
