hey everyone,
i recently added a lot more internal links across my site to help rankings.
some pages improved but other did not move at all.
has anyone seen negative effects from overdoing internal links or is there a better way to structure them?
would love to hear your experiences.
there is no exact safe number but i try not to post too much too quickly.
for newer accounts, a few posts a day with some gap between them is usually safer.
i also spend some time commenting and interacting with other users which seems to help keep the account looking natural.
yeah, organic reach is definitely harder than it was a few years ago.
i still get some traffic from pages but it takes a lot more effort and consistency.
i had better results with reels and facebook groups with normal page posts also.
spending too much time on tiny on page seo tweaks is probably the biggest time waster.
i used to keep changing titles, meta description and keyword placements but the results were usually minimal.
these days i get better results by putting that time into improving content, covering topics more...
mixed backlinks can still work but i would not rely too much on low quality links anymore.
most of my better results have come from relevant guest posts and strong niche links.
a natural mix is fine but quality seems to matter a lot more than it did a few years ago.
