I agree with the previous comment, this site will take a long time to rebuild 1-2 years or it won't be able to be rebuilt at all.
Better to create a new website or redirect from the old to the new one.
But with this approach you should not count on long-term success.
In order to index your links to sites that do not belong to you, you need to add a list of such links to any .xml sitemap, and add a link to this file to your site's GSC, if you have one. Any site will do, as long as you are its owner and have a verified search console account.

There may be an option to use the sitemap of any site with access to the GSC
Such posts should get promoted within their ecosystem or should be shared on a host of other resources.
The more resources that link to your posts, the more likely they will be ranked in the search engine index.
