I'd start off with SENuke, and then get linklicious. These two things can fuel SERPS tremendously. After having some good success, I would get SB to increase the link diversity a bit and to support my SENuke tier 1 links.

Definitely go with DeathByCaptcha. I have a 99.2% success rate with them, and I've used around 20,000 captchas. They are the cheapest as well.

The answer was listed above. You can combine the URL lists and export them out to a third party service. Some of them are free, others are not. I use linklicious for all my SENuke links and that seems to work fairly well.
