Just to pitch in on your 3. 4G proxies aren't strictly necessary to scrape. It might be cheaper to buy low quality burner accounts that can be had for about $0.15 and either use normal social media proxies or your VPS IP if you don't care. As a general rule, it's better to set up more scrapers...

oh, one more thing. Jarvee is actually not web based but a windows app, so you will need to run it in a VPS or a dedicated machine (so you can keep it running 24/7)

Second that opinion, Jarvee is really powerful and while the setup for scraping (burner insta accounts, proxies...) can seem daunting at first it's fairly easy to run once you get the hang of it. This is a pretty good intro I found useful

The website reads a bit scamy but could be interesting if it works. It would likely be difficult to rank this though. Also, I doubt there will be many people with first hand experience though, the domain has only been registered in September of 2020...
