You call and don't get discouraged. You could hear 109 no's... all you need is 1 yes. For a rookie I would expect if you call all 109 you will get 8-12 meetings and close 1-4. Unless your script or sales abilities are great.

View Source and then google the adsense code. There are websites that show other sites with the same code. Google the whole code with UA and it is the 2nd google result

You could look into Joomla as well. I am a huge fan of it but lots of people don't like it. (Just wanted to chime in, I don't want to turn this into a joomla conversation)

Set up a Custom HTML module with no title. Copy and paste adsense code in that and pick your pages or use Phoca Google Adsense which is free and rated #1 on extensions dot joomla dot org/extensions/ads-a-affiliates/google-ads

Just look into an Adsense module. You can plug it in on any/all pages you want. There are lots of good ones out there.
