I haven't really noticed much of a difference, but I follow the golden rule of "more money in than out"
as far as adaptations to my business, raise prices and priorities higher income customers who are prone to impulsive, reckless and emotive spending.
There should be incentive in maintaining a ratio that consists of both. I think in the near future there will be money allocated to not just maintaining older structures but also building new ones that perhaps even prioritise beauty over utility. Too much modern looks like a dystopian...
Realistically this should be easy to develop and implement.
