Hello guys, I need to verify my PayPal account with VCC. Now i tried UK,Canada and USA PayPal with vcc but they REQUIRE BANK ACCOUNT/VBA to verify they cant be verified only with a simple VCC. Tell me countries of paypal where we can get verified only using a simple virtual credit card. no need...- Algorithm
