Ezine is somewhere i recommend heavily to got your articles posted up first, but make sure you have a fantastic profile before you start throwing articles up for submission left right and centre

it depends on the niche, what tier the article is in as well. ideally tier 1 - 500-600 words tier 2 - 300-400 words tier 3 - 250 words in my opinion though it is always best to write an article for the sheer fact that you want people to read the article rather than hoping for a nice juicy...

Whilst using wordpress i have always used either the all in one seo tool or Yoast. All in one seo is something i have used more though just because that is what i have always used but i do really like the meta options with Yoast with the page title previewer.
