its definitely fake PR..there are some seo tools available online to verify the real pagerank...only the big fish really lie in the PR10 category, for everyone else it's like an impossible dream...:D

i believe adhungama would be your best option.. they are more liberal in accepting publishers (you just have to amke sure that you don't post any adult content)...chitika used to be good but i know of a few fellow bloggers who started facing improper statistics that hurt their profits badly...

i wouldn't say that they are all fakes...but yes it definitely is tough to find legit ones..you could probably check out seoclerks, they are more focused on seo gigs..tryout one of the top 5 sellers, it would probably be your safest bet..

gr8 start..i feel the left one looks good but it may need a little modification...you could probably try making the left half a little more spherical to give the logo more symmetry...but overall it does give a nice professional feel..all the best bro
