i have never had to buy a card after buying a tracfone!!! it always comes with free additional minutes and 60 days of service! what phone are you buying op? sounds strange that your forced to buy a card.

thats why i am in USA and when i used those banks it was ages ago now i cant even get a bank account with hdfc or kotak without having Indian relation they have changed there policy's quite a bit when it comes to foreign accounts.

That is so true Paypal only lets you have 2 accounts with the same information 1 personal and 1 business anymore than that you your probably going to get limited at some point

Just call them and see whats up you have nothing to else except your account and you can make a new stealth account a few minutes later if you fail
