You can split the file using : - import your 400k list to the SB URL's Harvested Area using "Import URL List" - then choose "Export URL List" --> Export as text (.txt) and split list - you can fill 80k to split to 5 list - it will automatic create the 5 file list at your folder Hope it help...

I have this problem yesterday, that said my account limited because of suspicious activity. but when I login to pp, it required you to confirm and change to new pass, security, etc. later on the restored my pp and become normal again.
