Regarding Pinterest attaching affiliate id's to Amazon links: I was under the impression they only attach their id to links without your id, so if you put in your own referral link you should be safe. Can't confirm this right now, since I'm on the road...

I actually made a bunch of facebookaccounts for my girlfriend playing farmville a year ago, just by using fake names. Haven't had a problem, I imagine it doesn't work for creating tons of accounts at a time- but you don't need that. If it turns out you can't make fake facebookaccounts that easy...
