Because I had checked a couple of providers in the last year, and it seems as their performance is not on the same level as some time ago. So, perhaps, it is not a problem with the providers but rather my own luck. Has everyone noticed such a trend or did I choose the wrong ones?

Don't focus only on price. Check uptime, DNS, support, and renewals too. I've had a good experience with NakamID so far.
