It's a name plus an address. It doesn't show the city. You have the name and the name of the street plus the building.

Thanks for the answer. I know how to do niche & keyword research and how to create SEO optomized content. How many monthly searchs would you consider appropiate for your niche? I mean total searches for the niche? Sometomes I do find some interesting niches but they don't have that many searchs...
