Hey, that’s a fair point - the space is definitely crowded.
At the same time, it feels like not all segments are equally saturated. Some niches still seem to work if the positioning is right and the traffic is targeted.
When you say "slay the marketing game" - what would that actually look...
That’s actually a really interesting transition.
A lot of people stay in the affiliate model because it’s easier - send traffic, collect commissions, no operational side. But at some point it makes sense to test having your own brand and keeping more control over the flow.
What you’re doing...
Hey, appreciate the detailed reply - really valuable perspective!
On the affiliate side, we generally agree. Competing with large exchanges at the affiliate level is tough - they have massive volume, strong brand recognition, and lifetime commissions, so for traffic it’s the obvious choice...
One thing we’ve noticed in this space - a lot of tools sound good on paper, but fall apart the moment real users start using them.
It’s rarely about features. It’s about whether the flow actually works:
user gets a quote
sends funds
receives the output
no delays, no confusion, no support...
Hey, fair point - we get why it might come across that way.
Yeah, like most teams working on tech products today, we do use AI where it makes sense - mainly as a tool to improve efficiency. But that doesn’t really reflect how something like this is actually built under the hood.
When it comes...
Hey BHW community,
It’s been a while since our last update, so we want to share a practical example instead of theory.
One of our clients recently launched a live exchange service using the EX365 platform, and it’s already up and running.
The setup was customized according to the owner’s...
Merry Christmas!
:) Since the holidays are here, just wanted to share an update from our side that might be relevant to people following this thread.
To mark Christmas and New Year, we’re running a limited holiday offer for new users who want to test or launch an exchange setup on EX365...
Hey guys!
Quick follow-up to the discussion so far.
One topic that came up earlier in the thread, but didn’t really get explored in depth, is affiliate programs.
We’re seriously thinking about adding an affiliate model for EX365 - but only if it actually makes sense for people who work with...
Hey BHW community!
I wanted to bring up a topic that came up early in the thread but never really got explored - affiliate programs.
Is there anyone here who actively works with affiliate models in the fintech/crypto space?
I’m trying to understand which structures actually work for webmasters...
Thanks for the comment - and yeah, completely agree: trying to "compete with Binance" is pointless unless you’re operating on the same astronomical scale.
But that’s not the model here anyway.
Binance is a trading exchange.
Most users go there to speculate, trade order books, chase price...
Thanks for the insight - appreciate you sharing that!
On the fees side, it’s actually fully in the operator’s hands.
It’s not just "flexible"; the exchange owner sets their own markup and limits from day one, so they can shape the business around their audience instead of being locked into...
Thanks for checking it out!
Yeah, if you google EX365 you mostly end up with a multimeter result popping up))))
If you want to see the actual platform, head over to ex365.me - the link is also in my profile if that’s easier.
If you have any questions or want to test something out, just drop a...
Thanks for the message, happy to clear things up!
The platform already has everything you’d expect from an exchange setup. Crypto in/out works through the built-in processing module, and since the whole system is non-custodial, you don’t need any special license. We don’t touch user funds and...
