I'm trying to scale it but for some reason I'm at a point where I'm unable to. Majority of my income comes from web design and UI UX design clients and now that market is even more flooded. Tried cold emailing got curse back from some people which made me feel like I'm shit of a person.

No way, if it's out there on the internet, it can be cloned (not on a click of a button) but can be rebuilt around same lines.

As someone who posts frequently on dribbble and behance. The people who converts are most likely to be agencies, so I'll suggest you message agencies and not freelancers. Good luck
