If I delete all of channel then create a new channel and link to Adsense, so how will the new channel ?

Hi all, I just received an email that my account is disabled monetization on abc channel no detail reasons due to some of others channels linked to Adsense account are also disabled monetization. My status account is good standing and have no any violations. Any help? Thanks all.
