Based on a recent experience as a customer, I have in a way answered my own question. If the person I am dealing with can make the whole experience pleasant, fun or memorable in anyway, I do not need an incentive to write a good review; especially if that person is the owner of the company...

Why would the customer go out of their way to not just a website, but then subsequently take further call to action to login to the chosen website and write a review?
Do you get the businesses to offer the customer's an intensive?
