Hi, Reading Bing's ToS, I can see "the landing page must not generate pop-up or pop-under ads". Are overlays (on exit or not) considered the same as a pop-ups and could it affect your campaign negatively? Thank you

10 visitors are not enough to make any assumption. You should work on bringing more traffic first.

It seems that there is an image missing icon in the OP, if you mouse hover though you can see the e-mail. If you can't find that, just follow OP link to the affiliate page and scroll down to the bottom, you will see it.

For quick temporary fixes, there are Wordpress plugins that allow you to put custom CSS directly in a post or a page, but you'll end out with some "!important" tags and stuff (because of the stylesheets priorities). Also... it doesn't look good in the page source :P Its also possible to access...
