I google it and found jubna has 300M users and when I saw twitter page of them they have 56 followers. CONFUSING.

First you need to dig out keywords relevant to your busienss. after that start doing on-site seo. Later do interlinking. then start building links authority + PBN or real sites links. Social signalling would be great as well.
