Unless you have the option to lock it up by phone verification, it might be lost forever. All you can do is appeal by filling out the form you should be linked to when you log into the account. In my experience, that often doesn't do anything though.

Manageflitter is ok. Good choices of filtering & listing in order etc.

It used to work on android to import video as you do when you pick a photo from your album. But I think that was just a glitch & it was never supposed to work that way, they seem to have blocked it now since there is no video editor like on iPhone yet.
