Web dev is mostly Googling and copy/pasting. Very little has to be figured out. You just have to get to a level of competence to be able to know what to copy and where to paste it. Once you get there (~12 months and you can be quite competent), a whole world of options opens up.

You have no clue how much money having the IPs for something like that costs. I'd need thousands to even set up the locations... rDSL is too expensive, proxies en masse don't come targeted, and bot networks are extremely expensive for laborious work. Honestly figure something else out, that's...

If Google hits SAPE's sellers (I believe they're all hacked sites that SAPE controls "under the radar" IIRC?) will the buyers get hit? What's the evidence from past networks being hit say about this?

You have to supply business information and connect a bank account.

You don't need to do any of the Facebook stuff, just make sure the profile is completely filled out. Add reviews every few days across a few weeks, and almost everything sticks. Negative reviews always stick, so screwing competitors is unbelievably easy even if the account is brand new.
