I have not yet made internal linking process of my website as I have migrated from Google's free blogspot version to paid domain. Will google consider my internal links after long period of 5 years. As if now I am active on my new purchased domain and regularly posting two new posts in a week.

I have hosted my blog on GoDaddy server, since I am from India and as GoDaddy servers are located in United States does this affects loading capacity of my blog. As one of my friend has suggested me to consider hosting partner which has its own server in India. Is this true?
