yes, may be he need to upload less video per account. i tried it and it worked for me. -

then create like 1H and 5 second 2H and 5 second 300MB convert it to 295MB - 700MB convert it to 695MB by that, it will be hard for youtube to detect that .. did you get the point? -

youtube always detect same video even if you make it with 1 image.. you can add one more image and make it 1 second longer.. they wont detect after that.. -

you need to convert videos. they can detect videos.. as well as links if your putting in descriptions.. also try to change title,desc and tags formats.. always use new IP.. -
