There are many ways to find opportunities but i use backlinkwatch as It's free and you can even see how your competitor creating backlink. 2nd option is openlinkprofiler does the same but little advanced than backlinkwatch. :)

Recently changed hosting and added SSL. 2 out 7 has been indexed but other are appearing in "Submitted URL not selected as canonical". It's been 2 weeks almost but not indexed yet even updated content. What should i do?

This is the same question that i was about to ask. When i did Google for it than i came to know about few. chitika is one of them but so many bad reviews about that. so i think you should use Sponsored Reviews, Link Post, Review Me, Shvoong , Smorty, PayPerPost. etc
