I'm using MassPlanner with Pinterest. It depends how active your account has been lately. If it's a new account or you just got back on Pinterest you can safely follow 200 people a day, keep them for at least 3 days and unfollow the same amount. Then after a week or so you can start scaling up...

I doubt it has anything to do with the hosting. They're not the ones responsible for the content on your website, or your site's Pinterest account for that matter. There will probably be no hosting services available if that were true.

You won't get high bounce rate on Pinterest if you provide content that's actually worth reading and in a niche that appeals to female users. It may take time for a pin to go viral, but when it does, you can get traffic from it for months and even years if the content is evergreen.

If your site was banned for spam, you can try to get it back (nothing to lose I guess), but you have very slim chances of actually getting it back. If you start using a new domain, anything you pin from that domain will be ok, but if you want to set redirects from the old one to the new domain...
