I am using Dooplay wordpress theme and is doing all almost everything automatically. You can import only 20 movies at once tho, but is really good because you can filter by year and genre.

I use this one "dropbox to tumblr - images by thevisionarium".(works for gifs too). It doesn't work when I upload many images, but it works when I upload 30 at a time and let it upload on tumblr.

Dooplay is really great and has everything you want.

Upload the movie to google drive and use JW player to hide the link. There are tutorials on youtube for that.
