I've done well with a dating website that's mostly Adsense ads. The CPA banners don't usually yield anything for me, but they round out the page from a design standpoint.

I have no problem profiting off of anyone who believes they can get a free laptop just by submitting their email address. I stick with offers that are leads without credit card submits to convert (they usually don't work anyway), so it's not costing them anything more than their time.
