policy is tough to verify, you can alwways try if you have a statement for the payment method and account holder id but chances are slim. you can still create a BM though and make more ad accounts.

There's an option to request verification in the ads manager after it gets flagged. was it policy, unusual activity, or billing flag?

he said he had a ad words account that had a credit balance on it of 4k which was credited back from google from a previous client. he even screen shared and showed me the accounts billing thresh of $2500. at the end he was just a crook

this idiot scammed me too.. his name is karthik and on Skype his name is sbulmart he's a professional scam artist. stay away from him and any other indian agency for that matter. unless come with good referrals or you have some way to hold them liable then DO NOT deal with them. they will say...
