I ordered 50 proxies and most come up on google as being Ukraine, and or russian IP's, the rest of them are almost all from the same place, California, and some don't even work. These are not for me, can I please get a refund for my order?

Tested and all work great, I have a question. On dslreports they have a Java Applet tool that can detect my real IP. so if a web site deploys this java applet on me how can I stop them from using this method on me? That is if you know, or anyone here knows? Thanks for the Ip's I'll be back for...

I contacted you guys for a refund, but my only problem was that the Ip's are all the same 173XX.XX.XXX and all 4 are within 50 miles from me and are all from the same exact location/state/city, otherwise I tried them and they are fast, just not what I need.
