Sometimes its just an error in Google Webmaster tools. However many lists of potential backlinks are bought/sold or passed around, and the Webmasters become aware of the sudden influx of new members etc and take action !- adrian49

Ranking sites above the negative ones is the best approach in order to push the negative stuff down. LinkedIn is good. Creating a website with your name in the URL is good. Youtube Channel with your name is good.- adrian49
