There is a big diffrence between "Domain Age" and site age- Domain age is worthless information if the domain has been parked / dropped / deindexed (cause of expiration) or changed too many owners, even if its dated 15 years ago. Site Age is an important factor.

Adsense will not ban for placing ads like that, but - placing ads like that can cause many invalid clicks, that can get you banned.
