I'm not sure what network you are using. On AdGate Media, you have the option to disable offers for particular lockers. If you're already an affiliate, message me and I can assist you in doing this.

We accept affiliates from all countries. The most important part of getting accepted is to be honest about your traffic and promotional methods. We do not allow adult sites.

It really doesn't matter too much. Any of the ones you listed should be fine. We provide our publishers with the feature to edit where their locker redirects to without having to change your links or code. So if your file disappears for some reason, you can easily change the redirect URL.
