This seems to be rolling out across servers. Most of the day I could only see these new results on my phone's 4g. Now I can see it at home, and multiple VPS servers. It's reverting back parts of the last penguin update for sure.

This is some type of penguin roll back. I'm seeing sites bounce back from last penguin update, and sites that I did a disavow file on back in 2013.

Funny part is that at least 3 of my domains that went from PR0 to PR5 have all been since hit with penguin or SAPE manual penalty. PR matters, only when it's not affected by algo or manual penalty. I'm sitting on several PR5 sites that don't rank worth a shit lol

This update is with old data..I'd say from at least 4 months ago. Either way I have several pr5 sites now lol

I've heard of many tools these days, but I'm at a loss as to what the best tool for generating 5,000+ WEB 2.0s is? Something that can be set to generate them over a period of days as well. Also are there any services that provide lists of WEB 2.0s for this software?
