Moneybookers , Alertpay, Paypal et all can be verified with a vcc. Check out fishersgold if you want a vcc that will verify all these and others.

Go to fishersgold dot com they will give you a vcc that you can withdraw funds from Paypal to. Then you can either sell the vcc to them or other buyers to get your money out of the vcc.

There are many exchangers that will do this for you. I don't know if I am allowed to tell you where to find them. However google is your best bet. for example you google exchange moneybookers to Paypal etc.

These are quite common, I use fishersgold myself for these and I recommend them but you can get them from other places as well.

Sorry, I should have added this to my first post. You can ask them for their Nominee service. This costs more but provides real privacy. No documents etc. You have to contact them and specifically ask for it.
