I'm not 100% sure but I did some research on the audience and target with audience intersect so my audience after refined is about 63k. My campaign is about a TV series, my target audiences are woman who are interested in the series and a character in that show.

Hi everyone, I'm currently running a PPE ads for my teespring campaign. The ads has pretty nice stat, 12.2 CTR, 0.05 PPE cost, people show their interest on the shirt. I spent $35 and got only 1 sale. The design is good, I don't know why I didn't get more sale. The ads already run for 2 days...

Is there any ways to restrict the result to specific region only? For example, If I want to run campaign in US only, I search for Harley davidson, the result will include Harley Davidson Egypt group, etc, which I think won't be very helpful.
